摘  要:在自来水处理过程中,混凝剂聚合氯化铝主要是根据原水浊度及流量变化,依靠经验进行投加,这种经验投加方式受个人因素影响大,实质是估投,在原水浊度变化快及处理水量变化大时易造成投加不准,以及水质达不到预期要求和浪费聚合氯化铝的问题。采用分段函数方式,绘制流量、浊度、聚合氯化铝投量这三者的关系曲线,克服了水质及水力条件变化的影响,将经验转化为数据,用数据指导生产,实现了提高聚合氯化铝投加准确性及降低药耗的目的,找到了混凝剂投加规律,这对指导水厂生产具有实际意义。Polyaluminum chloride (PAC) as a coagulant is mainly added according to the changes in turbidity and flow rate of raw water and the experience in the process of water treatment. This experience-based dosing method is easily influenced by individual factors, and it is in fact a kind of estimation method. When the raw water turbidity changes quickly or the flow rate of raw water significantly changes, it is easy to cause addition inaccuracy, unexpected water quality and PAC waste. The relation curves of flow rate, turbidity and PAC dosage were drawn by a piecewise function, and the effect of changes in water quality and hydraulic conditions was overcome. The experience was transformed into data, and the data were used to guide the production. The goals of improving the accuracy of PAC dosage and reducing the chemicals consumption were achieved, and the rule of dosing the coagulant was found.
