摘　　要：探讨了高等职业院校加强教学文化建设的必要性,并从特色专业文化、教师文化、课程文化、实训文化、服务文化、管理文化、方法文化等方面,分析了高职教学文化的主要内涵和基本特征。以承德石油高等专科学校为例,对教学文化实践进行了介绍。The paper discusses the necessity of teaching culture construction in higher vocational colleges,then analyses the connotation and characteristics of teaching culture construction from the perspective of specialized major culture,teacher culture,course culture,practical training culture,service culture,management culture,and approach culture. Finally it takes Chengde Petroleum College as an example to introduce the teaching culture construction.
