摘  要:为分析微颗粒对空蚀损伤及噪声的影响,开展不同水质的检测,提出水质的模拟方法,进行不同水质中的振动空蚀噪声试验、旋转圆盘试验以及循环水槽船后螺旋桨噪声的对比试验。结果表明:水中微颗粒含量对空蚀有较大影响,微颗粒含量高,空蚀破坏更严重;微颗粒对螺旋桨无空泡状态的噪声影响较大,可提高螺旋桨噪声的总声级,而对空泡状态下的螺旋桨噪声影响则不大。To investigate the effects of micro-particles on cavitation erosion damage and noise under differ-ent water conditions, the simulation procedures of water that contain different micro-particles are proposed.The vibrating cavitation erosion experiment, the rotating disk experiment, and the circulating water tunnelexperiment are completed, whose results indicate that natural water contains a great deal of micro-parti-cles, which has significant effects on erosion damage and noise, and more micro-particles will exacerbatethe cavitation erosion damage. Moreover, micro-particles could affect the propeller as well, as it will in-crease the overall Sound Pressure Level(SPL)of the propeller under non-cavitation condition, but theyhave little influences on propellers in cavitation condition.
