武警某支队2010～2014年度新兵心理状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对武警某支队2010～2014年度新兵心理状况调查及影响因素分析,为新兵心理健康教育提供一定的科学依据。方法采用军人心理疾病预测量表对武警某支队2010～2014年度3250名新兵进行心理状况调查,比较新兵SCL-90评分与中国军人常模;采用多元Logistic回归分析对影响新兵心理状况的因素进行分析。结果 （1）本组3250名新兵与国内军人、新兵常模在成长经历、个性内向、应激源、心理防御不良、社会支持缺乏、精神病性、抑郁、躁狂、神经症及人格偏移方面的评分差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;（2）经Pearson单因素及多元Logistic回归分析,影响新兵的心理状况的因素包括：是否独生、成长经历、个性内向、应激源、心理防御不良、精神病性、神经症及人格偏移。结论新兵总体心理状况良好,但是应注重少数新兵存在的心理不良反应,注重心理健康教育,进行有针对性的心理指导。Objective By surveying mental status and influencing factors of the detachment of armed police recruits from 2010~2014, a scientific basis for the recruits＇ psychological health education was provided. Methods 3250 Survey psychological comparison recruits SCL-90 scores of armed police recruits from 2010-2014were pre- dicted by Scale Military mental illness and compared with recruits SCL-90 scores and Chinese soldiers norm; the impact of new recruits factors psychological status were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results （ 1 ） The group of 3250 recruits and domestic military recruits norm in upbringing, introverted personality, stressors, poor psychological defense, lack of social support, mental illness, depression, mania, neurosis and personality shift terms of score differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01 ） ; （2） by Pearson uni- variate analysis and Logistic regression analysis, factors affecting the psychological state recruits include： whether begotten, upbringing, introverted personality, a source of stress, poor psychological defense, psychotic, depres- sion , neurological disorders and personality deviation. Conclusion The overall psychological recruits in good con- dition, but should focus on a small number of recruits adverse psychological presence, focusing mental health edu- cation, targeted psychological guidance.
