新活素对老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者心功能、尿量及精神状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新活素(重组人脑利钠肽)对老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者心功能、尿量及精神状态的影响。方法从老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者中随机选择80例进行研究,随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合新活素治疗。结果治疗后观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、尿量显著高于对照组脑钠肽(BNP)水平以及焦虑和抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.5%,对照组的治疗总有效率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上联合予以新活素治疗可以显著改善患者的心功能和尿量以及精神状态。Objective To explore the influence of nesiritide（ recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide）on elderly patients with acute decompensated heart failure in patients with cardiac function,urine volume and state of mind. Method 80 cases of elderly patients with acute decompensated heart failure patients in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected,and were divided into control group（ 40 cases） and observation group（ 40 cases）,and were given routine treatment and nesiritide combined with routine treatment. Results LVEF,urine volume of the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group,BNP was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment,（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was97. 5%,the treatment group total effectiveness was 72. 5%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference of the levels of BNP between the two groups,（ P〉0. 05）,treatment of the two groups were compared after BNP significant difference was observed in the group of LVEF,significantly lower than that of control group,（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It can significantly improve the cardiac function and urine volume and the state of your mind of elderly acute decompensated heart failure patients on the basis of conventional therapy combined to nesiritide treatment.
