针对性护理干预对老年冠心病患者负面精神状态状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理干预对老年冠心病患者负面精神状态、生活质量及临床指标的影响。方法选取老年冠心病患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(80例)和观察组(80例),分别采用常规护理干预和针对性护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评分、体重指数(BMI)、血压及血脂等指标水平。结果观察组患者干预后Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)均显著低于对照组、干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后SAQ评分均显著高于对照组、干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组患者干预后BMI、血压及血脂等指标水平均显著低于对照组、干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者接受针对性护理干预可有效缓解负面精神状态情绪,提高生活质量,并有助于改善生理机能。Objective To investigate influence of targeted nursing intervention on negative mood,quality of life and clinical indexes of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into both group including control group（ 80 patients） with conventional nursing intervention and observation group（ 80 patients） with targeted nursing intervention; and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA） score,Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） score,Seattle Angina Questionnaire（ SAQ） score,body mass index（ BMI）,blood pressure and blood lipid of both groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The SAS score and SDS score after intervention of observation group was significantly lower than control group and before intervention（ P〈0. 05）. The SAQ score after intervention of observation group was significantly lower than control group and before intervention（ P〈0. 05）. The the indexes level of BMI,blood pressure and blood lipid after intervention of observation group was significantly lower than control group and before intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease can efficiently alleviate the negative emotions,higher the quality of life and is helpful to improve the physiological function.
