摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对乙肝患者抑郁心理和治疗依从性的影响。方法将我院收治的154例乙肝患者平均分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在此基础上实施常规教育。对比两组患者的抑郁情况、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果干预结束后,实验组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对治疗的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01),WHOQOL-BREF量表生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能有效降低乙肝患者的抑郁程度,改善其心理状况,提高治疗依从性,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of health education in depression and treatment compliance of hepatitis B. Methods 154 patients with hepatitis B were divided into two groups, patients in control group were cured with conventional therapy, while patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy combined with health education. Compare the depression status, treatment compliance and living quality of these two groups. Results After intervention, The SDS score of experimental group was significandy lower than control group (P〈 0. 01), treatment compliance was significanOy better than control group (P〈0. 01 ), WHOQOL-BREF score was marked higher than control group (P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion Health education showed good positive clinical signifi- cance in reducing depression degree, improving psychological status and enhancing treatment effect in hepatitis B.
