摘 要:针对封装机温度控制系统采用常规PID控制时动态和静态性能不能兼顾的问题,设计一种基于S7-200脉冲宽度调制(PWM)技术的精确闭环温度控制系统。分析了PID-PWM技术实现温度控制的原理,通过脉宽调制方式改变蔬菜深加工控制系统中铝箔袋封装机的封口温度和封刀温度控制器的功率,实现对温度的精确控制,并采用高速脉冲输出,尽可能消除了纯滞后时间,提高了系统调节/响应速率。测试运行结果表明:该控制方式使封口温度及封刀温度的控制精度均达到了±1℃,优异于常规PID控制,并已稳定运行于生产中。In order to tackle the problem of balance between the static and dynamic performance using conventional PID control for sealing machine temperature control system,a kind of precise temperature closed loop control system which is based on S7-200 pulse width modulation(PWM) technology is designed. Having analyzed the principle of PID-PWM technology, the temperature will be precisely controlled by changing the foil bag packaging machine sealing temperature and sealing blade temperature controller power in vegetable processing control system by pulse width modulation. At the same time,adopting high speed pulse output will stamp out the pure lagging time as much as possible and improve the system's response rate. After running the test, it indicates that this method makes the controlling precision of both sealing temperature and sealing blade temperature under the range of 1℃, superior to the conventional PID control, and it has been steadily used in producting.
