摘　　要：弱小目标的检测与跟踪是当前雷达信号处理研究的热点。文章介绍了一种新的弱小目标检测跟踪技术,该技术基于生物视觉感知机理,将图像处理方法融入雷达信号处理,分析目标特征和杂波、噪声等背景特性,在此基础上探讨有效的背景抑制方法,并结合多特征信息融合方法实现在复杂背景下对弱小目标的检测与跟踪。Dim small target detection and tracking is a hot topic of radar signal processing. This paper introduces a new technique of dim small target detect-and-track. This signal processing technique using of image processing, based on perceptive field in human vision, and analyzed the characteristics of target, clutter and noise background to find the method of background rejection, and then detected and tracked dim small target in complex background with multi-characteristic fusion.
