摘　　要：本文针对某重型载货车中冷器散热能力不足的问题,提出了改进方案,改进散热片结构、改变紊流片尺寸及增加中冷器与水箱之间密封,并通过多种验证方式进行验证,从验证结果看,改进效果较明显,为以后中冷器散热能力的改进提出了参考。This paper aimed at the problem of cooling capacity of a heavy duty truck in the problem,the paper put forward the improvement scheme,Improvement of radiating fin structure,change the turbulent flow slice size and increase the sealing between the intercooler and the water tank,and is validated through a variety of ways,from the verification results,the improved effect is obvious,provides reference for improving cooling in the late.
