摘　　要：本文在科学界定关键概念的基础上,依据多学科交叉的思辩方法,对大遗址文化产业集群优化发展的13种动力因素及其作用机理进行了分析,并建立了对每个动力因素动力影响作用评价的主要内容体系。以此为基础,分析确立了政府与其它动力因素之间的直接关系,提出了关于政府管理机制设计的重要建议。Based on the scientific definition of key concepts and the multidisciplinary methods, the 13 kinds of power factor and its mechanism in the development of optimization of the big ruins cultural industrial cluster ware analyzed, and the main content system of power effect evaluation for each power factor was established. On this basis, the direct relation between the government and other power factors were analyzed and established, and the important advice about government management mechanism design was put forward.
