摘  要:目的探讨构音障碍强化训练在脑性瘫痪儿童中的应用效果。方法选取首次就诊的脑性瘫痪儿童80例,根据患儿在训练过程中接受的训练方式不同,将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规的构音障碍训练,观察组接受构音障碍强化训练,评价两组患者治疗前及治疗4周后的构音障碍评分、语言清晰度评分和患儿自理能力。结果干预后,对照组患儿的唇运动、舌运动、喉控制以及言语理解能力方面均比本组干预前显著提升,差异有统计学意义;观察组患儿的反射、呼吸、唇运动、舌运动、软腭运动、喉控制以及言语理解比本组干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义。与对照组比较,观察组患儿的唇运动、舌运动以及言语理解能力显著改善,差异有统计学意义;两组患儿语言清晰度以及Frenchhay总分均比组内干预前显著提升,差异有统计学意义;干预后观察组患儿的语言清晰度以及Frenchhay总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组患儿功能技巧部分评分以及看护人员帮助部分评分比组内干预前显著提升,差异有统计学意义;干预后观察组患者的功能技巧部分评分以及看护人员帮助部分评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论构音障碍强化训练不仅可以有效的改善脑性瘫痪儿童的唇运动、舌运动以及言语理解能力,可以有效的提升患儿的言清晰度以及Frenchhay总分,还可以有效的改善患儿的自理能力,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To investigate the application effect of dysarthria intensive training in children with cerebral palsy. 【Methods】 The 80 cases of first diagnosis children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group and observation group according to the different training ways in the process of training, with40 cases in each group. The control group received routine dysarthria training, while the observation group received intensive dysarthria training. The dysarthria score, speech intelligibility score and children's self-care ability were evaluated in both groups before and four weeks after treatment. 【Results】 In the control group,the lip movement, tongue movement, laryngeal control and language comprehension ability significantly increased after intervention compared to those before intervention. In the observation group, the reflection,breathing, lip movement, tongue movement, soft palate movement, laryngeal control and speech understanding were obviously improved after intervention compared to those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the lip movement, tongue movement and language comprehension ability were obviously improved in the observation group with significant differences. For both groups, the language definition and Frenchhay score were significantly improved after intervention compared to those before intervention in the same group with statistical differences. The language definition and the total Frenchhay score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of functional skill part and nursing assistance part were significantly higher after intervention than before intervention in either group. After intervention, the scores of function skill part and nursing assistance part in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group. 【Conclusion】 Intensive dysarthria training can not only effectively improve lip movement, tongue movem
