摘　　要：目的 探讨斯钙素2（STC2）蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法观察105例结直肠癌组织和50例癌旁组织中STC2蛋白的表达,结合患者的临床病理特征探讨与STC2蛋白表达异常与肿瘤的关系.结果 在结直肠癌和癌旁黏膜组织中,STC2蛋白阳性表达率为分别为85.71％和18.00％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移的STC2表达差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.在结直肠癌组织中,远处转移组的STC2蛋白阳性表达率为100.00％,高于无转移组的81.93％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;未侵犯浆膜层组STC2蛋白阳性表达率明显低于侵及浆膜层及浆膜外组（61.11％比90.80％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;STC2蛋白在有无远处转移组中阳性表达强度不同,远处转移组高于无转移组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 STC2蛋白异常高表达与结直肠癌局部浸润程度和远处转移密切相关,可能参与结直肠癌的转移过程.Objective To investigate the expression of starmiocalcin 2 （STC2） protein in colorectal cancer tissue and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry （SP） was conducted to detect STC2 expression in paraffin-embedded colorectal cancer tissues of 105 cases and normal tissues of 50 cases.The clinicopathologic parameters for this study included sex,age,maximum tumor size,tumor stage,lymphatic metastasis,histologic grade,depth of invasion and distant metastasis.Results The positive expression rate of STC2 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than in normal tissues （85.71％ vs.18.00％,P ＜ 0.01）.Sex ratio,age,tumor size,histologic grade,tumor stage and lymphatic metastasis in different groups did not show significant differences in STC2 expression （P ＞ 0.05）.However,STC2 protein expression was significantly higher in cases with metastasis （100.00％） than in those without metastasis （81.93％,P ＜0.05）,and the serosa-invasion group had a higher rate of STC2 protein expression than that without serosa-invasion （90.80％ vs.61.11％,P ＜ 0.01）.The expression intensity of STC2 protein was correlated with metastasis （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of STC2 protein in colorectal cancer is closely correlated to the tumor invasion and metastasis,and could play a role in the process of tumor metastasis.
