摘　　要：本文具体分析军队疗养院特勤疗养饮食保障中存在的缺乏专业知识、缺乏工作经验、缺乏规范场所等不足,并从强化专业素质、细心工作作风、灵活保障方式、完善软硬环境、严格监督考核、规范保障标准等方面提出对策,以期提高军队疗养院特勤疗养饮食保障的质量效益。The article analyzed the problems existed in diet support for special service recuperation of military sanatorium specifically, such as lacking professional knowledge, insufficient working experience and absent regular places. For better quality and efficiency of diet supply for special service recuperation, the article also put forward some appropriate countermeasures, which included confirming professional theoretical foundation, refining working style, using more flexible supply methods, improving software and hardware construction, performing more strict supervision and examination, adjusting service standards.
