摘　　要：目的观察癌性腹水中淋巴细胞对小肠Cajal间质细胞的影响，探讨癌性腹水所产生的胃肠蠕动功能障碍的病理生理学基础。方法建立癌性腹水模型，进行腹水成分的鉴定及小肠Cajal间质细胞的病理学、超微病理学、c-kit免疫荧光及凋亡指标的检测。结果癌性腹水中的淋巴细胞以T淋巴细胞为主，这些肿瘤相关的淋巴细胞可导致小肠Cajal间质细胞的损伤、凋亡。结论肿瘤相关淋巴细胞可能造成小肠Cajal间质的损伤，是癌性腹水所产生的胃肠蠕动功能障碍的病理生理学基础。Objective Observed the cancerous ascites lymphocyte＇s impact on small intestine Cajal interstitial cells to explore the pathophysiology basis of gastrointestinal motility dysfunction. Methods Established ascites model,identificated the ascites components, detected pathological study and ultrastructural pathology of small intestinal Cajal interstitial cells, c-kit immunofluorescence and apoptosis index. Results Tlympho- cytes are mainly lymphocytes in ascites carcinoma, these tumor associated lymphocytes could lead to damage and apoptosis of intestinal Cajal interstitial cells. Conclusion The tumor associated lymphocytes damaged intestinal Cajal interstitial cells, which is the pathophysiology basis of gastrointestinal motility dysfunction caused by can- cerous ascites.
