血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:选择颅内动脉瘤患者60例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组采用开颅手术进行治疗,观察组患者进行血管内栓塞治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗效果良好率为63.33%,优于对照组30.0%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者死亡率3.3%,显著低于对照组患者(20.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率20.00%,显著低于对照组73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管内栓塞治疗术在治疗颅内动脉瘤患者方面具有显著疗效,并发症发生发生率及死亡率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms. Methods SeLect 60 patients with intracranial aneurysms, patients randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 30 cases, control group adopts the craniotomg treatment, observation group of patients with endovascular embolization, compare the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients treatment good effect of the patients were significantly more than the control group patients, the result is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observation group good rate was 63.33%, the control group was 30. 0%. Observation group of patients mortality rates significantly lower than the control group （3.3%） patients （20. 0% ）, the result is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; Observation group of patients and the control group patients there exists significant difference in occurrence of complications （P 〈 0. 05） ; the result is statistically significant. Observation group complication rates 20. 00%, control group was 73.33%. Conclusion The treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysm should be according to the specific condition of operation method choice, the endovascular embolization technique has significant curative effect in treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysms, patients with postoperative recovery faster, with less complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
