摘 要:数字化油田抽油机井示功仪用量多,采用传统方法在实验室内对示功仪载荷进行标定时,不仅工作量大,而且由于不能及时标定而导致载荷测试存在误差,影响功图计产与泵况分析的精度。鉴于此,以实测电动机功率曲线为基础,提出了示功仪载荷在线标定方法。该方法基于实测悬点示功图,考虑平衡装置参数、电动机瞬时效率、胶带减速器与换向机构效率,建立了电动机瞬时输入功率的仿真模型。将仿真电动机功率曲线与实测曲线进行对比,引入2种电动机瞬时输入功率平方和的均方根作为指标,诊断示功仪载荷是否存在漂移,并建立了示功仪载荷漂移量的计算模型。应用结果表明,该方法标定载荷具有较高的精度,能够满足实际应用要求。The digital oilfield usually has amount of pumping unit dynamometers, which will result in a huge amount of work if conduct dynamometer load calibration in laboratory using conventional method. Also, load test er- ror caused by delayed calibration could impact the accuracy of dynamometer-diagram measured production and pump status analysis. To address the issue, online dynamometer load calibration method is proposed based on the motor power curve. On the basis of measured polished rod diagram, considering the balancing device parameters, instantaneous efficiency of motor, efficiency of belt gearbox and reversing mechanism, the simulation model of mo- tor instantaneous input power is established. To determine whether the dynamometer load has drift, the simulated motor power curve is compared with the measured curve, and the root mean square of quadratic sum of the two mo- tor instantaneous input powers is set as the index. The calculation model of drift amount of dynamometer load is es- tablished. Application results show that the new load calibration method has great precision and could meet the re- quirements of practical application.
