摘　　要：目的分析某医科大学教职工年龄与体型、疾病的关系,为做好教职工卫生保健工作提供依据。方法对某医科大学976名教职工进行体格检查、血脂和血糖测定、血压测量、B超检查和其他(X线胸透、心电图、肝功能、血常规)等,通过统计学处理,分析某医科大学教职工年龄与体型、疾病的关系。结果男性教职工的BMI值(25.31±3.13)高于女性(22.76±2.86,P<0.01),男性教职工体质量超重和肥胖检出率(65.7%)明显高于女性(30.0%),随年龄增加超重和肥胖检出率呈增加趋势。男性教职工疾病和指标异常检出率前3位的是:乙肝表面抗原阳性、脂肪肝、高血脂,女性教职工前3位:白带异常、乙肝表面抗原阳性、乳腺增生,随着年龄增长,各类疾病的检出率呈上升趋势。结论某医科大学教职工健康状况不容乐观,应针对性地进行健康指导,加强保健意识,重视定期体检,倡导健康的生活方式,不断改善和提高健康状况。Objective To analyze the relationship between age,disease and body shape of faculty in a medical university,so as to provide quality healthcare.Methods A total of 976 staff members undertook physical examinations,including blood lipids,blood glucose,blood pressure,B-ultrasound,chest X-ray,ECG,liver function test,blood test.Based on the data collected,the relationship between age,disease and body shape of the faculty was analyzed.Results BMI of male staff members（25.31±3.13）was generally higher than that of female staff members（22.76±2.86）（P〈0.01）,the overweight and obesity detection rates were significantly higher among male staff members（65.7%）as compared to female staff members（30.0%）.Additionally,as people aged,the overweight and obesity detection rates increased.The top 3 male diseases and abnormalities（with the highest detection rates）were：hepatitis B surface antigen-positive,fatty liver and high cholesterol;the top3 female diseases and abnormalities were：abnormal vaginal discharge,hepatitis B surface antigen-positive and breast hyperplasia.The detection rates of various diseases tended to increase with age.Conclusions The health condition among the staff members is not optimistic,and actions should be taken to improve their health conditions,including specific health guidance,healthcare consciousness,regular physical examination and healthy lifestyle.
