摘　　要：随着健康管理的观念普及,精确地诊断和科学地管理非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者变得越来越紧迫。影像学在NAFLD诊断中的作用越来越重要,深入研究影像学方法进行肝脏脂肪量化诊断对于NAFLD患者的预后和健康管理有着重大而深远的意义。The accurate diagnosis and scientific management of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases （NAFLD） is becoming more and more urgent. Uhrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging are applied to the diagnosis of NAFLD in clinical practice, and the imaging methods for liver fat quantitation for patient with NAFLD are reviewed in this paper.
