摘　　要：目的了解前列地尔注射液的超说明书用药情况并进行安全分级,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2013年上半年使用过前列地尔注射液的住院病历进行统计分析。结果共抽查病历614份。581例存在超说明书用药,占94.6%。超适应证用药34例(5.5%);使用频度2次/d的19例(3.1%);单次使用剂量20μg的32例(5.2%);药物配制浓度<0.5μg/m L的573例(93.3%)。结论我院前列地尔临床用药大多存在用药指征。前列地尔注射液宜静脉推注或直接入小壶静滴给药,以提高药物疗效,减少药物不良反应。Objective To explore the off-label uses of alprostadil injection,classify it on its safety,and offer scientific basis for safety drugs use. Methods The inpatient records in which alprostadil injection was used in the first half in 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Six hundred and fourteen cases were investigated. There were 581cases（ 94. 6%） of off-label use,34 cases（ 5. 5%） of out-of-indications,19 cases（ 3. 1%） with twice daily,32 cases（ 5. 2%） with 20 μg per time,573 cases（ 93. 3%） with the concentration of drug preparation 0. 5 μg /m L. Conclusion M ost of the cases in our hospital have the indications. Alprostadil injection is suggested to inject through intravenous push or directly into a small pot of intravenous drip,to improve the efficacy and reduce the adverse reactions.
