摘　　要：目的探讨在粉针剂药物的各种加药方法。方法将我院PIVAS日常配置粉针剂药物按照配置特性分类,总结适宜各类药物的加药方法。结果根据药物的配置特性将药物分为4种,在配置过程中总结其配置方法并在本部门推广,配置质量、效率方面明显提升。结论适宜的配置操作方法在静脉药物配置中心具有重要意义。Objective To discuss kinds of configuration methods for the powder-injection drug. Methods The powder-injections were classified according to the configuration characters in PIVAS,the suitable methods were summarized. Results The powder-injection drugs were classified into four categories,and the configuration methods were summarized and implemented in our department,then the quality and efficiency had been obviously improved. Conclusion Suitable configuration methods have important significance in PIVAS.
