高危宫颈癌术后同步放化疗与单纯放疗的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的分析高危宫颈癌术后同步放化疗与单纯放疗的临床效果,为改善患者预后积累经验。方法选取2011年10月-2014年5月本院收治的125例高危宫颈癌患者为研究对象,入院后根据患者意愿分为对照组（n=52）和观察组（n=73）。两组患者均给予宫颈癌根治术。对照组术后给予单纯放疗,观察组术后给予同步放化疗。统计、分析两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（76.71%vs 51.92%,χ^2=8.364,P〈0.05）;观察组的毒副反应发生率、放射性损害高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对于高危宫颈癌患者,宫颈癌根治术后同步放化疗有助于提高有效率,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of concurrent chemo-radiotherapy and simple radiotherapy after high-risk cervical cancer operation to accumulate experience for improving the prognosis of patients. Methods 125 patients with high risk cervical cancer treated in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group（n=52） and observation group（n=73） according to the wishe of patients.The patients of two groups were given radical operation of cervical cancer.Control group was given simple radiotherapy while observation group was given concurrent chemo-radiotherapy after operation. The clinical efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.71% vs 51.92%,χ^2=8.364,P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of toxic and side reaction and radioactive damage in observation group was higher that of the control group respectively,but there was no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with high-risk cervical cancer,the concurrent chemo-radiotherapy after radical operation of cervical cancer is helpful to improve the effective rate with less adverse reaction.It is worth clinical promotion and application.
