正畸直丝弓技术固定外伤脱位牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸直丝弓技术固定外伤脱位牙的临床应用效果。方法选取本科2009年3月-2014年6月收治的180例（198颗患牙）恒牙外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组（92例100颗）和对照组（88例98颗）。实验组采用直丝弓矫治器固定,对照组采用传统牙弓夹板固定,比较两组的总有效率。结果实验组的总有效率为99.00%,显著高于对照组的96.93%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论直丝弓矫治器固定外伤脱位牙损伤小,固位好,美观耐用,疗效稳定,是一种有效的固定外伤脱位牙方法。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of orthodontic straight wire bow technique fixing of traumatic dislocation teeth. Methods 180 patients（198 trauma teeth） with traumatic dislocation teeth treated in our hospital from March 2009 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（92 cases of 100 trauma teeth） and the control group（88 cases of 98 trauma teeth）.The experimental group was treated with straight wire appliance for fixation,the control group was treated with traditional arch bar splint fixation.The total effective rate of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 99.00%,which was higher than96.93% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Straight wire appliance has advantages of mild damage,good fixation,beautiful appearance,durability,and stable effect in the treatment of traumatic dislocation teeth,which is a effective way to fix traumatic dislocation teeth.
