摘  要:目的比较玫瑰花与月季花的性状及主要化学成分。方法采用性状鉴别法区分玫瑰花与月季花及GC-MS方法对两者挥发油成分进行分析,并通过峰面积归一法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果两者在药材性状、挥发性成分方面有显著差异。其中玫瑰花鉴定出46种化合物,异戊酸香茅酯含量高达31.08%。月季花鉴定出26种化合物,二十九碳烷和8-己基-十五烷含量较高,分别为26.83%和26.51%。结论性状鉴别及GC-MS方法可以准确地区分鉴别玫瑰花与月季花。Objective To compare the characters and chemical constituents of Rosae Rugosae Flos and Rosae Chinensis Flos. Methods Rosae Rugosae Flos and Rosae Chinensis Flos were distinguished by characters identification method, and essential oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents of the components were determinated by area normalization method.Results There were obvious differences in the characters and volatile components of both plants. 46 compounds were identified from Rosae Rugosae Flos, the content of citronellyl formate was 31.08%. 26 compounds were identified from Rosae Chinensis Flos, the main components were 8-hexyl-pentadecane and nonacosane with the content of 26.83% and 26.51%, respectively.Conclusion The Rosae Rugosae Flos and Rosae Chinensis Flos can be distinguished accurately by characters identification and GS-MS.
