摘  要:对汽车转向泵支架进行有限元分析,阐述对其进行拓扑优化的必要性;在此基础上,建立了以支架结构柔度最小作为目标函数、以优化后剩余体积作为约束函数的拓扑优化数学模型,并建立拓扑优化的有限元模型,运用Hyper Works软件对支架进行了拓扑优化计算。根据零件的可制造化处理准则并结合支架的制造工艺对优化结果进行了可制造化处理,获得了一个结构更合理且性能更佳的新支架。新支架的质量为4.35 kg,相比原支架减少16.35%。对新支架进行刚度和强度的分析,并与原支架有限元分析结果进行对比,结果显示:其强度、刚度以及一阶模态频率均有所提高,满足支架使用的轻量化要求。Though finite element analysis( FEA) on the automotive steering pump bracket,the need to optimize the topology of original bracket was set forth. The mathematic model of the bracket for topology optimization was established to take its minimum structural flexibility as objective function and to take optimized remaining cubage as the constraint function. Moreover the finite element model of the topology optimization was established,and software Hyper Works was used for its topology optimized calculation of the bracket. According to the manufacturability process principle of parts,and combining with manufacturing process of bracket,the optimization consequence of manufacturing process was carried out,resulting in a new bracket with more rational structure and better property. The new bracket's weight was 4. 35 kg,and the reduction of bracket's weight was about 16. 35% as compared to original. The new bracket's intensity and rigidity were analyzed,and were compared with those of FEA to the original bracket. The results show that new bracket's intensity,rigidity and the first-order modal frequency are all improved,which meet usage requirements of lightweight of the bracket.
