摘 要:目的考察陆军官兵感知压力、核心自我评价与幸福感之间的关系,探讨感知压力影响主观幸福感的内在机制。方法采用感知压力量表、核心自我评价量表、幸福感指数量表对592名陆军官兵进行调查,使用Mplus7.0软件进行中介效应检验。结果 1感知压力与幸福感呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);核心自我评价与幸福感呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感知压力与核心自我评价呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2感知压力与核心自我评价能预测主观幸福感,核心自我评价在感知压力与幸福感的关系中起部分中介作用。结论陆军官兵的主观幸福感受与其感知压力及核心自我评价有关,增强官兵幸福感可通过减少外部压力与提升自我价值感两种途径达到。[Objective] To study the relationship between perceived stress, core self-evaluation and well-being in officers and soldiers of land forces, explore the internal mechanism of influence of stress on subjective well-being.[Methods]592 Chinese army officers and soldiers were surveyed by using the Perceived Stress Scale(PSS), the Core Self-evaluation Scale(CSES) and the Index of Well-being, and the intermediary effect test was performed by Mplus 7.0 software.[Results]1The perceived stress was negatively correlated with well-being, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The core self-evaluation was positively correlated with well-being, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The perceived stress was negatively correlated with core self-evaluation, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). 2The perceived stress and core selfevaluation could predict subjective well-being, and core self-evaluation played partial intermediary role on the relationship between perceived stress and subjective well-being.[Conclusion]The subjective well-being of officers and soldiers in land forces is correlated with perceived stress and core self-evaluation, which can be enhanced through alleviating external stress and improving self-worthiness.
