摘 要:介绍一种由图像采编单元和数据存储单元组成的高速图像实时采编存储系统。图像采编单元采用FPGA的LVDS接口直接连接Camera Link接口的工业相机,无需采用专用接口芯片,降低了成本和功耗。图像采编单元对采集的图像数据进行编码,并通过LVDS接口传输至数据存储单元。数据存储单元使用一块SATA接口固态硬盘作为存储介质,持续存储速度为90MB/s,采用千兆以太网作为数据下裁接口,平均数据下载速度为22MB/s。测试结果表明,系统可支持分辨率为644×484、帧率为240帧/s的连续图像存储,存储的图像数据完整可靠。A high-speed real-time image acquisition-coding and storage system is introduced, which is constituted of image ac- quisition-coding unit and data storage unit. LVDS interface in FPGA is adopted to connect to the Camera Link interface based cam- era directly in the image acquisition-coding unit. It does not need to use the special interface chips, which reduces the cost and con- sumes less power. The image acquisition-coding unit codes the image, and transmits the image to the data storage unit by LVDS in- terface. A SATA interface solid state hard disk is used in the data storage unit, and the storage speed can reach 90MB/s. The Giga- bit Ethernet is used as the download interface, and the average download speed is 22MB/s. Test results prove that the system can sustain consecutive storage of 644 x 484, 240 frame/s mono chrome camera, and the image data is integral and exact.
