摘　　要：随着眼表疾病研究的不断进展,结膜松弛症(CCH)逐渐引起眼科医师的重视。手术治疗可以缓解或消除CCH引起的临床症状及眼表损害,但却存在引起术后并发症的可能。近年来,有学者提出应用联合手术方法治疗CCH可能会达到更好的治疗效果,并减少术后并发症的发生。本文中笔者对临床中各种治疗结膜松驰症的手术方式、适应症及其优缺点进行综述。Conjunctivochalasis is common condition on the eye surface characterized by the presence of excess folds of the conjunctiva between the globe of the eye and the eyelid margin. It is increasingly drawing attention from ophthalmologists. Surgery is believed to be able to minimize or eliminate conjunctivochalasis-associated clinical symptoms and ocular surface lesions. However,how to avoid the post- operative complications is a challenging issue. This article aims to review the various available surgical approaches ,their indications, and advantages and disadvantages. We propose that combined surgeries may reduce the incidence of post-operative complications and result in better patient outcomes.
