摘 要:本试验运用响应曲面法优化厚朴酚-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。在单因素试验基础上,以β-环糊精与厚朴酚的比例、研磨时间、研磨温度为考察因素,采用响应曲面法优化包合工艺条件,模拟得到厚朴酚-β-环糊精包合物中厚朴酚含量的二次回归方程模型。最优包合条件:β-环糊精与厚朴酚的比例为4.9∶1、研磨时间31 min、研磨温度61℃,厚朴酚含量的实测结果(20.27%)与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值(20.59%)符合良好。采用响应曲面法优化厚朴酚包合物制备工艺得到的厚朴酚含量高,能很好地预测试验结果。Optimization of the preparation process of magnolol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound(Magnolol-β-CD)by response surface method.Based on the single-factor experiment,the quadratic regression model for the contents of magnolol in the magnolol-β-CD was established about the independent variables(the proportion of β-CD and magnolol,grind time and grind temperature)through Box-Behnken center composite design and response surface methodology.The optimum conditions were as follows:the proportion of β-CD and magnolol was 4.9∶1,grind time was 31 min and grind temperature was61℃.Under these conditions,the practical content of magnolol was 20.27%,which was consistent with the predicted content of magnolol(20.59%).The preparation process model of inclusion compound established by response surface method could precisely predict the experiment results.In the best conditions deduced from the mode,the content of magnolol was high.
