摘  要:裂殖壶藻富含多不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。本文介绍了裂殖壶藻在水产养殖中的应用前景、应用途径及面临需要解决的问题,并对其在水产养殖上应用的研究现状进行了综述。基于目前的研究水平和市场应用情况,提出了需要攻关的技术难点,并指出加强成果转化、优化生产工艺、降低成本是保持产品竞争力、占领市场的研究重点。Schizochytrium is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acid,especially Docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).In this article,applications prospects of Schizochytrium and problems to be resolved in aquaculture,and its application research situation were introduced.In view of the present research level and market application,the technical difficulties need to be researched were also mentioned.It was pointed out that the research to keep the product competitiveness and dominate the market should focus on strengthening the transformation of achievement,optimization of production process,cost reduction.
