南康家具企业人力资源结构的调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对南康家具企业工作岗位结构、从业人员学历结构、从业人员年龄结构、从业人员地缘结构等的调查与分析,对当地政府在人才引进政策、就业环境建设,家具企业在人力资源管理,以及当地高等院校在家具专业人才培养、培训等方面提出相关建议。Through survey and analysis on personnels ＇job structures, education degrees, ages, and geographic structures, authors of this paper provide some suggestions on governments＇talent introduction policies, employment environment construction, furniture enterprises＇human resource management, and local colleges and universities＇ training for students majoring in furniture.
