摘  要:本文阐述了以D-亮氨酸为手性诱导源合成聚乙炔螺旋高聚物,该方法方便直接。将D-亮氨酸为手性诱导源的聚乙炔高聚物溶解于氯仿中,通过氘谱监测发现其可以形成液晶,表明D-亮氨酸为手性诱导源的聚乙炔高聚物在氯仿中可以产生弱定向排列,在核磁共振中具有潜在的应用。Chiral helical polyacetylene was synthesized by using D-leucine as the starting material. D-leucine-based chiral helical polyacetylene was dissolved in chloroform, and LCs formation was detected by observing the quadrupolar splitting of the 2H NMR signal of the deuterated chloroform accompanied by the disappearance of the isotropic signal, and the threshold for these LCs was determined to be maintainable at the critical concentration of 18.5%, which showed that D-leucine based chiral helical polyacetylene can induce patial alignment and has potential application in nuclear magnetic resonance.
