摘  要:本研究结合光学显微镜和拉曼光谱测量对中药降糖类保健品和减肥类保健品进行了成分分析。在光学显微镜下发现该两种保健品中存在类似晶体的物质,经显微激光拉曼光谱测量,发现晶体外形物质分别为盐酸二甲双胍和盐酸西布曲明。本方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以为掺伪保健品中的违法添加药物进行成分鉴定提供科学依据。This study focused on the rapid detection of adulterated traditional Chinese medicine hypoglycemic health products and slimming health products by using microscope and Micro-Raman spectrometry.Under the microscope,some crystalline chips in the health products capsules were found.The crystalline chips were collected and Micro-Raman scattering measurement was performed.The Raman spectra showed that the crystalline chips found in the Chinese medicine hypoglycemic health product and the slimming health product were 1,1-Dimethylbiguanide hydrochloride and Sibutramine Hydrochloride,respectively.This study provides a rapid,simple and high accuracy method for detecting adulterated health products.
