摘　　要：在现实生活中,我们难免会遇到一些紧急情况,很多人往往就会惊慌失措。英文表达如下：be in a panic（在惊慌中）;be seized with a panic（惊慌失措）;cause a panic（引起恐慌）;look like a dying duck in a thunderstorm（惊慌失措）。遇到异常情况,我们首先要做到don＇t lose your head.（不要惊慌失措。）这样才能冷静妥当地处理好事情。Have you ever felt pure fear, a fear that makes you act in a way you normally would not？That is panic. Panic is a great fear that makes otherwise normal people do abnormal things.To hit the panic button means to panic suddenly. Another common expression is widespread panic.
