摘　　要：欧盟市场准入条件严格,园林机械产品进入欧盟同时面临技术标准、知识产权、法律法规等多方面的约束。对园林机械产品如何突破欧盟市场的贸易保护壁垒作经验总结,指出国内企业首先要突破限制性技术壁垒,并通过选择正规的认证检测机构取得必要和有效的CE证书,以保证批量产品始终符合最新国际标准;同时企业在国际竞争中要注意尊重和保护知识产权,靠自主创新获得良性发展。The EU market access conditions are strict,so garden machinery products’entry into the EU faces constraints in-volving many aspects such as technical standards,intellectual property and laws and regulations. The experience in garden machinery breaking trade protection barriers in the EU market is summed up. Domestic enterprises should break restrictive technical barriers first and obtain necessary and effective CE certificates through formal certification testing organizations to ensure batch products’conformance with the latest international standards all the time. At the same time,enterprises should pay attention to respecting and protecting intellectual property rights and realize sound development through independent in-novation in international competition.
