摘　　要：针对大规模定制下家具生产模式的变革,家具制造业需通过建立柔性化制造体系进行改进。介绍了柔性化生产的内涵及表现形式,并对家具行业生产技术特征进行分析,提出应分别从设计及生产两个方面建立家具的柔性化制造体系,同时对其可行性及发展模式提出了新的看法。推进家具制造业的工业化进程,必须通过建立大规模定制的柔性化制造体系才能实现。Aiming at the transformation of furniture production mode involved in mass customization,the furniture production industry needs to establish a flexible manufacturing system for improvement. The connotation and manifestation of flexible production is introduced,the characteristics of production technologies in the furniture industry is analyzed and it is pointed out a flexible production system should be established in two aspects,i.e. design and production. At the same time,new ideas about its feasibility and development mode are put forward. In order to advance the process of the furniture production indus-try,a mass customization-based flexible production system must be established.
