全冠修复老年人活髓磨牙临床短冠的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨铸造金属全冠修复老年人活髓磨牙临床短冠的疗效。方法对临床牙冠高度低于3mm的老年人活髓磨牙采用铸造钴铬合金全冠修复,分别戴用6个月、1年、2年后评价其形态、牙髓活力、基牙继发龋齿、修复体边缘密合度、修复体磨耗及脱落情况。结果57件全冠修复体有3件脱落,2件出现继发龋齿,半年成功率为100.0%,1年成功率为95.2%,2年成功率为88.1%。结论钴铬合金铸造全冠对于老年人活髓磨牙临床短冠的修复效果好。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of cast complete crown restoration on senior＇s vital short molar. Methods We restored vital molar which has a less than 3 mm clinical crown by the method of Cobalt- chromium alloy cast complete crown restoration and evaluated its shape,pulp vitality,secondary caries, marginal discrepancy of the restoration, the situation of abrasion and detachment after a senior weared it for half a year,one year and 2 years respectively. Results Detachment occurred on 3 of all 57 cast complete crowns; secondary caries were found on 2 of them. The success rate of the repairation after a senior wearing it for half a year was 100.0%, 95.2% for one year and 88.1% for 2-year wearing. Conclusions The effective- ness of restoration by Cobalt-chromium alloy cast complete crown on short clinical crown of senior＇s vital mo- lar is good. It can be clinically promoted.
