张锡纯“五脏一体”观治疗虚喘制方用药规律探析

摘　　要：通过张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中关于对虚喘及其论治的叙述,对其制方用药作一概述,并试从中医理论之"五脏一体"观的角度加以探析。张锡纯在论述"虚喘"及组方用药的过程中,"五脏一体"观为其主导,在治疗虚喘上维护五脏气机的整体运行的思维始终贯穿其内;虚喘不仅属肺在肾,而且与脾胃、肝及心关系密切。总体上讲,张锡纯总以"辨证论治"为纲,组方立足五脏,以维护五脏正常功能为指导来治疗虚喘。According to reading the descripiton of deficient dyspnea in Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu written by ZHANG Xichun,tried to use the view of＂Wu Zang Yi Ti＂to explain the rule of prescriptions which are used to treat the deficient dyspnea,ZHANG Xichun on＂asthma＂and formula in the process of drug use,＂Wu Zang Yi Ti＂view as its dominant,in the treatment of asthma on maintain the whole operation of thinking of the five organs qi activity runs through them,asthma is not only in kidney,lung and closely associated with spleen and stomach,liver and heart.Overall,ZHANG Xichun ＂syndrome differentiation＂as the key link,by the formula based on the five internal organs,in order to maintain the five internal organs functioning as a guide to treat asthma.
