摘　　要：近年来,蛋白多肽类药物在医药行业应用越来越广泛。具有药理活性高、特异性高、可溶性强、疗效稳定、用量少、毒副作用低等优点。但也具有生物利用度低,易变性失活的不足。微型包囊是近年药物制剂的新工艺、新技术。微囊较普通制剂有许多优点,能够弥补蛋白多肽类药物的不足,为此类药物临床应用开创了新局面。目前,微囊技术已被广泛地应用于蛋白多肽类药物制剂生产中,并获得了较好的应用成果。In recent years,protein and peptide drugs are more and more widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.It has high pharmacological activities,high specificity,soluble and stable curative effect,less dosage,low side effects and so on.But it also has low bioavailability and lack of variability inactivation.Microencapsulation is a new technology and new technology of a pharmaceutical formulation in recent years.Comparing with ordinary formulation microencapsulation has many advantages,which can make up for the deficiency of the protein and peptide drugs and create a new situation for the clinical application of these drugs.At present,the microcapsule technology has been widely used in protein polypeptide drugs in the production of pharmaceutical preparations,and obtained a better application of the results.
