摘 要:锚索二次张拉可有效降低环锚锚索一次张拉锚固过程中产生的锚固回缩量,减小锚索在一次张拉施工过程中由锚具夹片回缩产生的锚固预应力损失,从而可有效减少输水隧洞预应力衬砌结构施工过程中的锚下应力损失,增强锚固效果,充分发挥预应力作用。基于某输水隧洞工程预应力衬砌环锚锚索二次张拉施工实践,从二次张拉施工设备的选择、二次张拉施工技术流程、二次张拉施工技术要点等方面,介绍了输水隧洞预应力衬砌环锚锚索的二次张拉预应力施工技术,研究成果可为相关工程环形预应力锚索张拉施工提供参考。Twice tension construction technology for loop anchor cable can effectively reduce the anchorage retraction caused by the first anchor tensioning, and decrease the prestress losses generated from retraction of anchor clip during the first anchor tensioning process. So, it can reduce the stress losses of loop anchor cable of prestress lining in water convey- ance tunnel project effectively. Based on the twice-tension construction practice for loop anchor cable of prestress lining in water conveyance tunnel project, the article discusses several parts of the twice-tension construction technology for loop anchor cable of prestress lining in water conveyance tunnel project respectively, including device selection of twice tension construction, the processes of twice-tension construction technology and key points in processes of twice-tension construe tion technology etc. The research work can provide reference for twice-tension construction technology for loop anchor ca- ble of related projects.
