加味四妙散防治湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察加味四妙散口服在防治湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效，将符合混合痔湿热下注型、已行混合痔手术的住院患者60例随机分成两组，每组30例，治疗组采用口服加味四妙散治疗，对照组采用口服痔康片治疗，疗程均为7d，手术后第3、5、7天对患者术后便血、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿等症状进行等级评分。结果显示，治疗组对术后便血、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿的疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，加味四妙散能明显改善术后并发症如便血、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿等症状，疗效优于痔康片。To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Simiao San （powder of four wonderful drugs） plus other ingredients prevention and treatment postoperative complications in mixed hemorrhoids due to downward flow of damp-heat, 60 hospitalized cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases for each group.Treatment group received above modified Simiao San orally,while control group received Zhikang tablets orally.Both groups were treated for 7 days.Symptoms such as postoperative hematochezia, anal pain, anal edge edema were rated for grading after operation third, fifth, seventh day.The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in improving postoperative hematochezia,anal pain and anal edge edema（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that above modified Simiao San can obviously improve postoperative complications such as hematochezia, anal pain and anal edge edema, and has better efficacy than Zhikang tablets.
