摘　　要：目的:探讨灼口综合征(BMS)患者的恐癌心理因素及相应的治疗方法。方法:采用艾森克个性问卷及自制问卷表格,对45例BMS患者和35例对照者进行恐癌心理因素分析,观察BMS发生与恐癌的心理因素之间的关系。结果:BMS患者的精神质、内外向、神经质与恐癌心理有密切关系。结论:心理疏导在治疗BMS中具有重要的意义。Objective： To discuss the fearing cancer psychological factors of burning mouth syndrome（ BMS）patients and homologous treatment methods. Methods： The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and self- made questionnaire forms were adopted to analyze fearing cancer psychological factors of 45 patients with BMS and 35 controls. The relationships between BMS and fearing cancer psychological factors were observed. Result： The psychoticism,introversion and extroversion,nervous temperament of patients with BMS have close relation with fearing cancer mentality. Conclusion： Psychological counseling has important significance in the treatment of BMS.
