摘　　要：《灵枢·逆顺第五十五篇》论述了气行逆顺,脉象盛衰,针刺之逆顺并强调治未病的思想。本文从察识气脉,刺有大约;明辨逆顺,刺之大法;未病先防,既病防变三个方面论述该篇的主要学术思想。Miraculous Pivot Chapter 55 ：Ni Shun discusses the rise and fall of Qi channel, principle of acupuncture and lodge the thought for the preventive treatment of the disease. This paper reviews the major academic thought of this chap- ter from the following three perspectives：reviewing Qi channel, principle of acupuncture; telling the backward and for- ward, acupuncture principle; prevention of the disease.
