摘　　要：运用归纳与演绎的方法,介绍了FMS的基本涵义、运动机制和基本内容,并结合跆拳道项目特点,进一步分析讨论了FMS法在跆拳道项目中的实践应用,以期为跆拳道及其他运动项目的训练提供理论指导和方法学借鉴。With the methods of induction and deduction, this paper introduces the basic meaning,movement mechanism and basic content of FMS,and combined with the project characteristics of taekwondo,a further discussion of the FMS method in taekwondo is made in order to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for the training of taekwondo and other sports projects.
