鼻咽癌同期放化疗期间体重变化相关研究

摘　　要：目的 研究鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗期间的体重下降规律。方法 收集广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受同期放化疗的局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者36例,年龄24～65岁,中位年龄44岁。测量放疗期间每周患者体重,运用配对t检验分析探讨放疗期间患者的体重变化情况。结果 配对t检验结果发现,放化疗期间第1～7周各个观察点体重均较上1周降低（p均〈0.05）,以第4～5周下降幅度最大。结论 鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗期间体重持续下降,表明营养状况持续恶化。Objective To study the decreasing pattern of body weight in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods 36 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University aged from 24 to 65 years with the median age of 44 years old were involved in the study. Body weight of every patient during ehemoradiotherapy was measured and the Paired t Test Analysis was used to probe the body weight changing pattern. Results Paired t Test results showed that the body weight at each week was less than the previous week from the 1 st to 7th week （p 〈 O. 05 ）, with the most significant decrease during the 4th to the 5 th week. Conclusion Continuing weight loss occurs during the concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which may indicate deteriorating nutrition situation of patients.
