摘 要:目的 通过检测了解扁平疣HPV基因型感染情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 选择我院皮肤科2014年1月~2014年6月收治的96例扁平疣患者为研究对象,通过聚合酶链反应相关技术对所有患者皮肤组织行HPV基因型检测,记录不同HPV基因型感染情况。结果 96例患者中检出HPV基因型92例(95.83%),HPV亚型共5种,检出率最高的是HPV11(63.54%),其次是HPV18(39.58%),最低的是HPV58(4.17%)。另外,HPV基因型单一感染率60.42%,二重感染(HPV11+HPV18、HPV11+HPV6、HPV11+HPV59)率32.29%,三重感染(HPV11+HPV6+HPV59)率3.13%。结论 我院扁平疣检测HPV基因型以HPV11为主,HPV18等高危型HPV多以混合感染形式存在。Objective To provide the basis for clinical treatment by detecting the HPV genotype infections of flat warts. Methods Admitted to the dermatological department of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014, 96 patients with flat wart were selected. Based on the polymerase chain reaction related technology, the skin tissues of all patients underwent HPV genotype detection to record different HPV genotype infections. Results Among the 96 patients, HPV genotypes were found in 92 patients (95.83%). The detected HPV subtypes had five kinds, and the detection rate of HPVll was highest (63. 54% ), followed by HPV18 (39.58%) , and the detection rate of HPV58 was lowest (4.17%). In addition, single HPV genotype infection rate was 60.42% , and double infection rate (HPV11 + HPV18, HPV11 + HPV6, HPV11 + HPV59) was 32.29% , and triple infection rate ( HPV11 + HPV6 + HPV59 ) was 3.13 %. Conclusion The detected HPV genotype of flat warts is mainly HPV11 in our hospital. The HPV18 and other high -risk HPV infections are mainly mixed infection.
