摘  要:谐波齿轮的齿廓对谐波传动装置性能具有显著影响,为提高谐波传动性能,以渐开线齿廓谐波传动为研究对象,基于谐波传动包络啮合理论设计谐波传动共轭齿廓,分析其共轭区域、共轭齿廓,并对其装配啮合状态、运动轨迹进行仿真分析。研究结果表明,渐开线齿廓谐波传动存在两个啮合区域,两条共轭齿廓,啮合区域一为有效啮合区域,啮合一区齿廓为有效刚轮齿廓,设计的渐开线齿廓谐波传动啮合良好,且具有尖点啮合、啮合齿数多、传动比大,为谐波传动设计和研究提供一定参考。The tooth profile of harmonic gear has a significant influence on the harmonic drive device per- formance, for the purpose to improve the harmonic drive performance, the involute tooth profile of harmonic drive is adopted as the research object, the conjugate tooth profile of harmonic drive is designed based on the envelope theory, and the conjugate exist domain, conjugate tooth profile are analyzed, the simulation analysis of the assembly station and the move locus of the conjugate tooth profile are carried out. The analysis results show that there are two conjugate exist domain and two conjugate tooth profile, however, only the first conjugate do- main and the first conjugate tooth profile is effectively, the tooth profile that is designed have many advantages such as nice conjugate situation, much number of tooth profile join in conjugate, highly transmission ratio, it can provide certain reference for design and research of the harmonic drive.
