摘 要:以煤矿带式输送机传动装置中的V带为优化设计对象,将优化设计思想与Matlab相结合,以V带带轮质量和最小为优化目标,利用外惩罚函数法对多排V带传动进行建模优化,求解出参数并用分支定界法确定其参数;运用Recur Dyn软件对多排V带传动过程进行运动学和动力学仿真。结果表明,优化设计的传动系统不仅使传动结构紧凑、质量最轻,且其运动特性和动力特性良好,能很好地传递运动,验证了其优化设计的合理性,为煤矿带式输送机传动带的设计与计算提供参考。Taking the V beh of transmission device in the coal mine belt object and combining with both optimized design ideas and Matlab, regarding conveyor as optimization design minimal gross weight of V belt pulley as optimization goals, the modeling and optimization of multi row V belt drive is carried out by using ex- terior penalty method, the parameter is solved out and determined with branch and bound method. Then, the multi row V belt drive kinematics simulation and dynamics simulation are carried out. The results show that, the optimum design not only make the system has compact transmission structure, lightest quality, but also has well motion characteristic and dynamics characteristic, and transfer movement well. The rationality of optimization design is verified, the reference and basis for the optimization design of the belt of transmission device in coal mine belt conveyor are provided.
