摘 要:针对现有车辆动力学模型不能准确仿真汽车自激型摆振的现状,开发了一个用于仿真自激型汽车摆振动态过程的整车模型。通过转向系整体动力学建模,建立左右转向轮的力学联系;建立转向系统干摩擦模型,准确描述转向主销处的静摩擦特性;利用车轮模型对胎体的弹性特性进行准确描述。通过典型工况的仿真,验证所建模型具备准确仿真自激型摆振动态过程的能力。利用模型对影响自激型摆振的关键参数进行仿真研究,给出避免摆振的具体措施。Aiming at the current situation of existing vehicle dynamics model does not have the ability to accurate simulate the dynamic process of vehicle shimmy, a vehicle model is developed for simulation of the dy- namics process of vehicle self - excited shimmy. Through the overall dynamics modeling of the steering system, the mechanical correlation between left and right steering wheels is established. Through the steering dry friction model, it is accurately describes the static friction characteristics at the steering kingpin. By using the wheel model, the accurately describes of the elastic characteristics of tire is carried out. Through the simulation of typ- ical operating conditions, the ability to accurate simulate the dynamic process of vehicle self - excited shimmy of the model is verified. The simulation research of the key parameters influence on the self - excited type shimmy is carried out, then some measures to avoid shimmy are given.
