摘　　要：公民意识是政治安全重要的社会心理基础,公民意识教育是政治安全建设的重要手段。在充分重视公民意识教育的同时,需立足中国的现实国情,在政治安全的目标指向下完成公民意识的教育,并在教育的过程中维护政治安全。The civic consciousness is an important social and psychological basis of political security,and civic consciousness education is a significant measure to build political security.While full attention should be paid,the civic consciousness education must be accomplished with the targeting of political security,based on China＇s national conditions,besides,political security ought to be maintained in the process of education.
